RaeCon Commitment to Safety

RaeCon LLC is 100% committed to safety on our projects.  The business of general construction and contracting is one of the most dangerous occupations in the United States.  In 2020 nearly 50% of the most dangerous jobs were in these industries.  To further highlight the safety concerns, nearly 1/5 or 20% of the worker fatalities nationwide were also in this industry.  Additionally, those performing this work who are not experienced, not part of a professional contractor, or not paying attention to the details are over 3 times more likely to die on the job.  

Here at RaeCon we know that our customers and our employees are the most important part of our business, and that each one of us has family and friends that we need to return home for.  It is for these reasons that we take the above statistics seriously.  At no point in time will the project itself become more important than the safety of the project for our employees and customers.  Every step will be taken to ensure safety in the work environment.  If at any time a concern is raised, we will immediately take the time to discuss and address the issue as necessary.
