As a company that is servicing both residential and commercial properties it is imperative that we pay close attention to "The Details" of each project.  Meeting and exceeding each customers' expectations and desires is paramount to maintaining a good reputation within our space.  This attention to detail and commitment to excellence began its development nearly 25 years ago while playing high school football and track under the guidance of 2 supreme coaches.  My parents and both coaches stressed the importance of "The Details".  From the day after graduating college, within each job or career that I took part in, I never stopped paying attention to "The Details".  This allowed me to develop and climb from a laborer to a general foreman, to a project supervisor, and ultimately to an area supervisor.  Now is the time that I will take what I've learned and the character that I've developed and transition into humbly providing many services within the residential and commercial arena by means of my company, RaeCon LLC.  We will never forget about "The Details"!

As a company that is servicing both residential and commercial properties it is imperative that we pay close attention to "The Details" of each project.  Initially our focus will be on small-to-mid sized home or commercial sites.  This gameplan will allow us to perfect our process.  Septic systems, waterlines, storm drainage, site grading, driveways, patios, and any other small-scale excavation and grading projects will be our primary focus early on.  Refining "The Details" of these areas of work will allow us to grow into large-scale projects in the future.  The future projects could include large commercial site development and multi-home community development.  No matter how large RaeCon LLC becomes as a company, whether working for an individual homeowner or the owner of a commercial development, we will continue to keep "The Details" a priority for our customers.
